Child Sponsorship
We walk alongside vulnerable children in Andhra Pradesh, breaking the cycle of poverty through education, nutrition, and healthcare. Every child in our programme receives the consistent care and encouragement they need to grow, thrive, and discover their God-given potential — not just for today, but for a lifetime.

For elderly farmers, labourers, and women in rural Andhra Pradesh, blindness is not just a medical condition — it is isolation, dependence, and the loss of everything familiar. We bring free eye surgeries and comprehensive eye care to those robbed of their sight, restoring vision, independence, and the joy of seeing God's world once more.
Through the Rev. K. S. Joseph Memorial Hospital, our team performs cataract surgeries and provides post-operative care to patients who would otherwise go untreated. Many have lived in darkness for years — not for lack of a cure, but for lack of funds. Your support changes that with a single procedure.
Each surgery includes:
Pre-operative assessment and diagnostics
Full cataract or corrective eye surgery
Post-operative care and follow-up

Leprosy Care
Leprosy is one of the oldest diseases in recorded history — and one of the most misunderstood. In India, those affected are not just fighting a curable illness; they are fighting decades of stigma, rejection, and abandonment. Families break apart. Communities push them out. And the silence around them grows louder than any pain.
At Hand in Hand, we step into that silence. We offer holistic support to leprosy-affected individuals at our dedicated care centre — medical treatment, nutritious meals, safe housing, emotional support, and a community that refuses to look away. Because every person deserves care, dignity, and the chance to heal in body and soul.
