Since 2014, Hand in Hand has been showing up where pain often hides: kids left behind by illness, seniors pushed away by stigma, and families weighed down by poverty. What started with a simple question, “Can we help just one?” has grown into a movement reaching homes, hospital wards, classrooms, and rural villages across India and Africa.
